Selling and buying physical goods is a popular activity. There are numerous other services that consumers require such as online services writing, SEO and website development. It is crucial for businesses to be able to offer all of these services online as it allows them to reach a wider range of clients and make more money.
It is becoming increasingly popular for companies to provide services that aren’t physical in nature, like the coaching or performance consultation. These types of services can be difficult to sell because they are more subjective and may require a little more time to understand. However, it is important to promote these kinds of services because they can be very valuable to customers.
For the world’s population, the number of people who do not have internet access has decreased significantly over the past decade, however, 3 billion people remain offline. It could also limit access to government services and healthcare.
We found that demographic factors, such as age, gender socioeconomic status, and level participation, were associated with perceived benefits in online services for social and health care. ICT-related variables (i.e. accessibility, skill to use, and the degree of use) were consistently associated with benefits. Furthermore, self-rated poor health was always associated with lower levels of perceptions of all examined benefits.
